The 3-step process

At The Butler County Lumber Company, we employ a three-step process with our service plan program. Our registered architects and sales staff works closely with you through each phase of the service. It proceeds as follows:
Phase 1, the design phase, results in preliminary conceptual design drawings including elevations and floor plans. The preliminary plans are suitable for cost estimating.
Phase 2, the working drawings phase, results in the final drawings. These drawings are suitable for obtaining your architectural building permits and constructing your project.
Phase 3, the construction phase, consists of the project construction. During this phase the sales staff will assist you in material selection and plan interpretation.
